Kaya Limited has appointed Brijesh Goyal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 11, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
Brijesh Goyal is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 30 years of experience across large enterprises and growth-stage businesses in retail, consumer services, and multi-format operations. He has led finance functions across listed companies, PE-backed startups, and scale-up environments, with expertise in business finance, P&L management, financial governance, and strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining Kaya Limited, Goyal served as Head of Finance at Enrich Hair & Skin Solutions, where he managed the end-to-end finance function and partnered with the leadership team to support profitable growth and expansion. He also played a key role in building scalable finance frameworks for the company’s growing beauty and wellness retail business.
A significant part of his professional journey was with Reliance Retail Limited, where he spent more than 14 years in various senior finance leadership positions.
Goyal is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Government College, Ajmer.
