Happiest Minds Technologies Limited has appointed Anand Balakrishnan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Anand will report to Venkatraman Narayanan, Managing Director of the company.
Anand brings over two decades of experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic leadership. His career includes senior roles at well-known organizations such as Marsh McLennan (formerly JLT), GE Healthcare, and Mindteck.

Prior to joining Happiest Minds, Anand served as CFO at Mindteck, a publicly listed IT services firm, where he played a key role in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency. His efforts were instrumental in stabilizing the company and steering it back to profitability.
Anand is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University.
