Dell Technologies has appointed Manish Gupta as the new President and Managing Director for India. In his new role, Gupta will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives and oversee sales operations across the Indian market.
Based in Bengaluru, Gupta will report directly to Peter Marrs, President of Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China (APJC), Dell Technologies. He takes over from Alok Ohrie, who has stepped down to pursue personal interests.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Gupta brings deep industry expertise and leadership acumen to his new position. He has held several leadership roles at Dell Technologies over the past decade, including Vice President of the Infrastructure Solutions Group in India and more recently, leading global alliances, channel partnerships, and strategic planning for the APJC region.
