Wipro Limited, a leading global technology services and consulting company, has appointed Sandeep Dhar as the Global Head of its Global Capability Center (GCC) Practice.
With over three decades of experience in the GCC ecosystem and management consulting, Sandeep brings a proven track record in building and scaling high-impact capability centers. He has played a pivotal role in transforming organizations such as Tesco and Goldman Sachs Consumer Bank, where he led their GCCs into strategic hubs of innovation and growth. His leadership has spanned across industries, where he successfully managed P&L functions, led digital transformation programs, and implemented advanced engineering solutions.
In his new role at Wipro, Sandeep will be responsible for driving a consulting-led and AI-powered approach to the firm’s GCC offerings. This strategy aims to help global enterprises establish, scale, and transform their capability centers into future-ready innovation hubs. He will report directly to Sanjeev Jain, Chief Operating Officer, Wipro Limited.
