Rubber King Tyre Group has appointed Amit Verma as Group Head – HR & Admin, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to focus on building a high-performance and future-ready workforce.
A seasoned HR leader with over 24 years of experience, Verma has worked across the engineering, chemicals, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. He brings deep expertise in strategic human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, change management, HR digital transformation, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, HR analytics, governance, and compensation & benefits.
In his new role, Verma will lead the company’s people strategy, strengthen HR and administrative functions, and support business growth by fostering organizational excellence, leadership capability, and a performance-driven culture.
Before joining Rubber King Tyre Group, Verma served as Group Head – Human Resources at JAY Chemical Industries Private Limited, where he partnered with business leaders to drive organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce strategy, digital HR initiatives, and enterprise-wide culture-building programs.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully led three Greenfield projects, negotiated and concluded three Long-Term Settlements (LTS), played a key role in the implementation of the Darwinbox HRMS, and designed enterprise-wide KRA, KPI, and competency frameworks. His experience also includes driving HR transformation, governance, employee engagement, and organizational capability-building initiatives that align people strategies with long-term business objectives.
With his extensive experience in leading strategic HR transformation and building people-centric organizations, Verma is well positioned to support Rubber King Tyre Group’s continued growth and organizational development.
