Dheeraj Tandon has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer & Vice President – HR at Kaynes Technology India Limited, marking a significant leadership addition as the company continues to scale its operations and strengthen its people strategy.
In his new role, Dheeraj will spearhead the organization’s overall human resources agenda, with a strong focus on talent transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Kaynes Technology’s rapid growth in advanced electronics manufacturing and engineering.
Dheeraj brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, vwith a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business outcomes across diverse and complex industries.
Prior to joining Kaynes Technology, he served as Group Head – HR at Vadilal Industries Limited, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives. His contributions included redesigning HR standard operating procedures in alignment with board-level strategy, onboarding CXO leadership, driving HR digital transformation and strengthening performance and productivity frameworks across the organization.
Earlier, he was associated with Heritage Foods Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing HR strategy for a workforce of over 6,000 employees across on-roll and off-roll roles. During his tenure, he led key initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, HR operations, digital transformation and performance management, supporting a diverse business ecosystem spanning foods, animal feed and joint ventures.
Before that, Dheeraj held leadership roles at Meritor as Head – Talent Management (India & APAC) and DGM – HR for JV Operations. In this capacity, he designed and implemented talent and leadership development frameworks across the region, partnering closely with business functions including operations, sales and marketing.
He has also held key positions at JK Organisation and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, where he contributed to corporate HR strategy, industrial relations and transformation initiatives. Early in his career, he gained foundational experience in HR and training through a World Bank joint venture, building strong capabilities in HR operations and workforce development.
Dheeraj has completed a Business Leadership Program from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and holds an MBA in HR & Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow.
