Rapyder Cloud Solutions has appointed Abhishek Patel as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its people and transformation agenda.
Patel brings nearly three decades of experience across banking, financial services and business operations. He began his career with ITC Hotels, before moving to GE Money as a branch manager.
Patel later joined HDFC Bank in a similar capacity, gaining extensive exposure to retail banking operations. He subsequently returned to GE Money as a senior manager, further strengthening his experience in operations and team leadership.
In 2010, Patel moved to Mahindra Satyam BPO as a senior programme manager. After three years, Patel transitioned to TMI Group as Associate Vice President, where he spent over four years leading talent and business initiatives from Hyderabad.
Patel joined Axis Bank in November 2017 as Assistant Vice President – Priority Banking. During his tenure of more than eight years, he played a key role across programme management, channel development, training, customer experience and quality functions.
In his new role at Rapyder Cloud Solutions, Patel will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on organisational transformation, talent development and strengthening HR frameworks to support business growth.
Known for his strong focus on execution and quality, Patel is expected to play a critical role in aligning the company’s people strategy with its long-term business objectives.
