The appointment marks a strategic step toward strengthening the company’s leadership in AI-enabled and data-centric business transformation.

Kartik Nagarajan brings with him over two decades of experience in scaling global business operations and leading technology-driven transformation. Prior to joining DBSL, he served as Managing Director – Business Consulting & Global Business Services (Sales) at Nexdigm, where he led the firm’s expansion across consulting, outsourcing, and technology verticals, delivering significant revenue growth and deeper global reach.
He has also held senior leadership roles at WPP, Avaya, and Aviva, where he focused on building shared service capabilities and advancing digital enablement across finance and operations.
