MobiKwik, a leading digital payments platform, has elevated Saurabh Dwivedi to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reinforcing its commitment to innovation and artificial intelligence-led growth.
Dwivedi’s appointment comes at a strategic time as MobiKwik accelerates its focus on embedding AI into its product ecosystem to enhance customer experience, improve collections, and scale operations through intelligent automation.
Having joined MobiKwik in August 2023 as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Payments, Dwivedi will now oversee engineering functions across four key verticals: Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, and Infrastructure & Information Security. In his expanded role, he will lead the company’s efforts to streamline go-to-market strategies and improve operating margins through tech-led efficiencies.
Dwivedi brings over 18 years of experience in building and scaling high-performance engineering teams. Before MobiKwik, he served as Vice President of Engineering at MakeMyTrip, where he played a key role in scaling the travel-tech platform. His earlier stints include leadership roles at American Express (India) and Satyam Computer Services.
He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from GGSIP University, Delhi, and has completed an advanced program in Business Analytics from IIT Mumbai.
