Shah to Lead Brand Strategy, Digital Innovation, and Member Growth

Equinox, a leader in high-performance luxury lifestyle experiences, has appointed Bindu Shah as its new Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer. In this dual role, Shah will spearhead the development and execution of Equinox’s global marketing and digital strategies, focusing on elevating brand presence and enhancing member acquisition and retention through integrated, data-driven experiences.

Shah brings a wealth of experience in consumer and retail branding. Prior to joining Equinox, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Tory Burch, where she led global brand strategy and digital transformation efforts. Her leadership there significantly accelerated e-commerce growth and strengthened brand equity through the use of consumer insights and digital engagement strategies.

Earlier in her career, Shah held senior leadership positions at Sephora and Gilt Groupe, building deep expertise in CRM, analytics, e-commerce, and innovation across digital platforms. She began her professional journey in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Bindu Shah holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She will report directly to Marc Mastronardi, President of Equinox, and will be a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
