Wondrlab, India’s platform-first marketing transformation company, has appointed Bharatesh Salian as President – Digital. In this role, Salian will be responsible for leading the company’s digital practice, with a strong focus on integrating performance, content, commerce, and experience-led solutions.
With over two decades of experience at the intersection of digital strategy, data intelligence, and creative technology, Salian brings a rich and diverse portfolio of leadership across globally renowned marketing networks, including Interpublic Group, Publicis Groupe, and Omnicom Media Group.
Before joining Wondrlab, he served as Senior Vice President – Marketing Science & CX at FCB/SIX, where he played a pivotal role in driving data-led customer experience initiatives for marquee brands such as Amazon, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, and JioMart. His cross-sectoral experience spans FMCG, financial services, real estate, fashion, automotive, and the public sector.
At Wondrlab, Salian will oversee digital operations with an emphasis on scaling capabilities in social media, digital content, and AI-powered marketing tools. His focus will be on strengthening the company’s integrated, full-funnel digital offerings, aligning them with evolving business goals and consumer engagement metrics.
