Prodapt, a leading global technology services provider, has appointed Dhanashree Bhat as its Chief Delivery Officer (CDO).
A seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience, Dhanashree is recognized for redefining operational excellence and driving large-scale transformation initiatives. In her new role, she will lead Prodapt’s end-to-end delivery operations, embedding AI, automation, and agile methodologies to modernize and scale the company’s delivery capabilities.
Her focus will be on strengthening customer-centricity, driving measurable business outcomes, and fostering a high-performance culture that enables innovation and agility across the organization.
Before joining Prodapt, Dhanashree held senior leadership roles at Persistent Systems and Tech Mahindra, where she led strategic business units and spearheaded global delivery management, talent supply chain transformation, and cost optimization programs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Telecom and Software Architecture from BITS Pilani and an Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Pune. She has also completed executive education at Harvard University. Among her many accolades, she has been recognized as a Rockstar Leader in Digital Transformation (APAC) by ISG and as an Exceptional Woman Leader in IT by SEAP, Pune.
Dhanashree succeeds Sriram Natarajan, who will transition to support strategic initiatives for the Jhaver Group.
