Total Environment has announced the appointment of Pavankumar Hansoge as its new Group Chief Operating Officer.
In this leadership role, Hansoge will oversee the company’s Product Organization, with responsibilities spanning design, engineering, construction, and manufacturing. His focus will be on strengthening craft capabilities, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and driving execution excellence across Total Environment’s product and delivery ecosystem.
This appointment reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to deepening its operational capabilities and supporting its design-led vision.
Commenting on the announcement, Kamal Sagar, Founder of Total Environment, said:

Hansoge brings over 34 years of global experience in engineering, manufacturing, and large-scale project delivery. He has led high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and has a strong track record in transformation, operational excellence, and technology-led innovation across the consumer goods and automotive component sectors.
He began his career at Bosch, building a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing. He later held senior engineering leadership roles at PepsiCo and Unilever, where he drove major initiatives in capital projects, automation, and sustainability.
Most recently, as Vice President – International Engineering at PepsiCo, he was responsible for developing and deploying affordable, next-generation, and sustainable technologies across global markets. Hansoge holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru.

Total Environment has delivered 1,600 homes and over 5.5 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial space to date. With nearly 4,000 custom-designed homes and 14 million sq. ft. currently under development, the company recorded ₹3,007 crore in sales bookings in CY2024.
