Flipkart-owned fashion and lifestyle marketplace Myntra has announced the appointment of Pramod Adiddam as its Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening its senior leadership team as the company continues to scale its platform.
Myntra shared on its LinkedIn page: “Welcoming Pramod Adiddam to Myntra, who joins us as SVP and Chief Technology Officer. Pramod brings deep industry expertise in architecting large consumer-facing platforms and leading global teams at organisations like Google and Instacart.”
In his new role, Adiddam will oversee Myntra’s overall technology strategy, with a focus on platform innovation, long-term scalability, and strengthening engineering and technical capabilities to support the company’s growth. He will report to Nandita Sinha, Chief Executive Officer of Myntra.
Adiddam brings over two decades of experience in building and operating large consumer-facing platforms. Prior to joining Myntra, he held senior engineering leadership roles at Google and Instacart, where he led global teams across platform development, marketplace expansion, and product innovation. His experience includes architecting large-scale commerce systems and scaling large, complex marketplace platforms.
Sharing his thoughts on joining Myntra, Adiddam posted the company’s announcement on LinkedIn and wrote: “I am incredibly excited to share that I’ve joined Myntra to lead the tech team.
As a long-time admirer of the brand, I’ve always been impressed by Myntra’s ability to marry massive scale with a curated, fashion-forward selection. It is a company I personally love, and the opportunity to lead its technical evolution is indeed a thrilling next chapter.
Moving forward, my focus will be on driving platform scalability and fostering innovations. I look forward to working closely with our talented teams and further accelerating AI innovation and deepening the platform’s overall tech capabilities in support of Myntra’s long-term growth.”
The appointment comes nearly a year after Myntra’s former Chief Technology and Product Officer, Raghu Krishnananda, stepped down in April 2025 after a five-year tenure. This also marks Myntra’s second senior leadership hire this year, following the appointment of Ritesh Mishra as Senior Vice President and Head of Category and Revenue.
