Boehringer Ingelheim has appointed Meenal Gauri as Managing Director, India, effective 12 January 2026. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s operations across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Maldives. She will also join the Board of Boehringer Ingelheim India.
Meenal brings over 16 years of international experience across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Her expertise spans marketing, sales, corporate strategy, business development and market access. During her tenure in regional roles with Boehringer Ingelheim, she played a key role in strengthening the company’s presence across complex markets and led several high-impact product launches and strategic initiatives.
Her leadership experience and understanding of diverse healthcare ecosystems are expected to support the company’s India Vision 2030 growth ambitions and patient-focused priorities. In addition to her business leadership background, she is a trained Co-Active coach and has been actively involved in leadership development initiatives.
