EXL has appointed Madhavi Dahanukar as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Operations. She will oversee the company’s Domain Operations and Finance & Accounting (F&A) Strategic Growth Units across global locations.
In her new role, Dahanukar will help advance EXL’s strategy of building domain-led, AI-enabled operations at scale. She will also focus on expanding AI-driven solutions and strengthening operating models that enhance scalability, productivity, and client outcomes across industries.
Dahanukar brings more than two decades of leadership experience across consulting, outsourcing, and digital technology environments. She has led large-scale global operations and enterprise transformation initiatives spanning operations, analytics, technology, and finance functions.
Prior to rejoining EXL, she served as Managing Director for India and the Philippines at Principal Financial Group. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles including India Country Head and CEO at State Street and India Country Executive at Northern Trust. She also served as Executive Vice President and Head of Enterprise Shared Services at Vodafone.
Earlier in her career, Dahanukar spent more than a decade at EXL in multiple leadership roles, where she led global business units, operational centres, and enterprise transformation initiatives. During this period, she oversaw industry verticals including banking, financial services, insurance, and utilities, and played a key role in scaling global delivery capabilities.
She began her career with roles at GE Money, IDBI Bank, and Mphasis.
