Persistent Systems Appoints Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy & Execution

Persistent Systems has announced the appointment of Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy & Execution, strengthening its focus on enterprise execution and leadership alignment as the company enters its next phase of growth.

The appointment comes as Persistent continues to scale its global operations and deepen its emphasis on AI-led, platform-driven services. The role is aimed at enhancing execution rigor, improving leadership alignment and ensuring effective translation of strategy into measurable outcomes across the organization.

In her new role, Ruchi will work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive the company’s most critical priorities. She will collaborate across business units and functions to translate strategic priorities into clearly defined initiatives with measurable outcomes. Her responsibilities will include strengthening execution cadence, governance and accountability, as well as leading cross-functional programs such as AI-led transformation and operating model evolution. The role will also support alignment with the Board, investors and strategic partners.

Ruchi brings over two decades of global leadership experience spanning enterprise transformation, organizational strategy, and human resources. She joins Persistent from Unisys, where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Coforge, Infosys and EXL Services.
