ServiceNow has appointed Kulmeet Bawa as Managing Director and Group Vice President for India and SAARC, effective April 6, 2026. The appointment reflects the company’s continued strategic focus on India and the broader SAARC region as key growth markets and critical hubs for digital transformation.
Kulmeet Bawa brings over two decades of experience in enterprise technology and SaaS, with a strong track record of driving growth across both regional and global markets. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Revenue Officer at SAP, where he led worldwide revenue strategy and execution. Prior to this, he was President and Managing Director for SAP India, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s enterprise presence.
Earlier, he served as President and Managing Director for South Asia at Adobe, contributing to the company’s regional growth and enterprise engagement. Before transitioning into the technology sector, he spent over 12 years as a Cavalry officer in the Indian Army, an experience that shaped his leadership approach.
In his new role, he will focus on accelerating business growth, strengthening customer relationships and expanding ServiceNow’s presence across industries in India and the SAARC region. He will also focus on expanding the adoption of the company’s digital workflow and AI-driven platform.
Based in New Delhi, he will lead ServiceNow’s operations across India and the SAARC region.
