Replus, a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy Ltd., has appointed Kiran Dahimiwal as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, strengthening its leadership as it scales capabilities in clean energy and electric mobility.
In this role, Dahimiwal will lead the company’s technology strategy and oversee research and development efforts across advanced energy storage and EV solutions. He will also focus on enhancing product innovation and supporting the company’s expansion in the evolving energy ecosystem.
Dahimiwal brings extensive experience in technology leadership, having held senior positions across organizations including Okaya Power Group, Fuji Electric, Vertiv and Eaton. Across these roles, he has led engineering, product development and innovation-driven initiatives in both Indian and global markets.
He started his career at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, building a strong technical foundation in electronics, embedded systems and engineering-led innovation.
With a career spanning multiple technology and energy-focused organizations, Dahimiwal is expected to play a key role in advancing Replus’ innovation agenda and strengthening its position in the fast-growing clean energy sector.
