XBP Global has appointed Acquelia Colaco as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective March 2026. She will be based in Pune and will oversee the company’s global HR strategy, with a focus on strengthening talent capabilities, leadership development and workforce planning.
In this role, Colaco will support the organization’s continued international expansion by aligning people initiatives with business priorities and evolving client requirements. She is expected to play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness as the company scales its operations and digital capabilities.
Colaco brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Prior to this, she was associated with Tesco Business Solutions, where she led colleague experience initiatives spanning employee engagement, leadership programs and people services. She collaborated closely with senior stakeholders and supported multiple business functions.
Earlier, she held senior HR roles at Infosys, including Senior Unit Manager – BPHR. Her career also includes stints at IBM Global Process Services and RNDsoft, where she built expertise across HR operations and business partnering.
She holds a Master Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, along with an MBA in Human Resources and Hotel Management from Avinashilingam University for Women.
