PNB Housing Finance has appointed Rahul Jain as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), effective June 3, 2026.
In his new role, Jain will focus on strengthening the company’s enterprise-wide strategy, risk governance framework, and operational transformation initiatives. His appointment reflects PNB Housing Finance’s continued emphasis on enhancing strategic capabilities, improving risk management practices, and leveraging digital transformation to drive business performance.
Jain brings over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, with expertise spanning enterprise risk management, collections strategy, governance, credit underwriting, portfolio risk management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. He has built a strong track record of driving operational resilience, digital innovation, and sustainable growth across organizations.
Prior to joining PNB Housing Finance, he held leadership positions at Tata Capital Ltd, Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd, Piramal Finance Ltd, Aditya Birla Finance Ltd, Dhanlaxmi Bank, Reliance Capital, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management (Dual Specialization) from MDS University, Ajmer, where he was awarded a Gold Medal. He has also completed the Leadership Executive Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and Executive Education in Enterprise Risk Management from IIM Bangalore.
Additionally, Jain has participated in several leadership development initiatives, including the Tata Group Executive Leadership Program (TGeLS), curated by the University of Michigan, USA, as well as the Tata Capital Strategic Leadership Program (TCSLP) and programs at the Tata Management Training Centre, Pune.
With his extensive experience in risk management, governance, and business transformation, Jain is expected to play a key role in supporting PNB Housing Finance’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
