UniScholars has appointed Tarun Narula as Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Franchisee Business, where he will focus on building and scaling the company’s franchise business, driving student outreach and enrolment growth, and strengthening overall business performance.
Tarun brings over two decades of experience in business leadership, franchise development, national sales, and P&L management across the education, training, and skill development sectors. His expertise spans franchise network expansion, revenue growth, student acquisition, strategic partnerships, and operational transformation.
Before joining UniScholars, Tarun served as Business Head – K12 at Radcliffe Group of Schools, where he led business operations, admissions, revenue growth, and brand strategy. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Aptech, including Vice President and National Sales Head for Arena Animation, overseeing business growth and operations across a network of more than 200 franchise partners.
Earlier in his career, Tarun held leadership roles at Lighthouse Learning Group, NIIT, and SSI Education, contributing to franchise development, market expansion, and business operations across domestic and international markets.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, Tarun brings extensive experience in scaling franchise-led businesses, strengthening partner networks, and driving sustainable growth across the education ecosystem.
His appointment comes as UniScholars continues to build its study-abroad services ecosystem, with a focus on expanding its franchise network and supporting students through their international education journey.
