Sayed JA has joined Komorebi Global Consultancy LLP as Director – Business Transformation & Advisory, bringing over 29 years of experience across finance leadership, business advisory, finance transformation, treasury and banking, corporate finance and funding, and financial governance.
In his new role, Sayed will work with promoters, business owners and senior management on business and financial decision-making. His mandate will focus on strengthening financial architecture, improving business performance, optimising costs and resources, and enhancing Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
Sayed brings more than 16 years of experience in senior Finance Head leadership roles, along with over eight years of association with a Chartered Accountants firm. His experience spans manufacturing, trading, distribution and service-oriented businesses, including diversified and multi-entity environments. His expertise covers enterprise finance, P&L and balance sheet governance, working capital and liquidity, Treasury & Banking, Corporate Finance & Funding, financial modelling, audit and compliance.
At Komorebi Global Consultancy, his areas of focus include Business Advisory, Finance Transformation, Treasury & Banking, Corporate Finance & Funding, Credit Facility Structuring & Negotiation, Project Finance, Working Capital & Liquidity, Financial Governance, Multi-Entity Finance, and Business & Financial Performance. He will support organisations in strengthening financial architecture, improving liquidity and working-capital efficiency, evaluating and structuring funding requirements, strengthening banking and lender relationships, and enhancing finance-led business performance and decision support.
Prior to joining Komorebi, Sayed worked as an Independent Finance & Business Advisory Professional, providing advisory support across financial management, accounting and reporting, tax and GST compliance, reconciliations and audit readiness.
Earlier, he spent over 16 years as Head of Finance at OG-Diversified Business Group, with finance leadership across nine legal entities, comprising a diversified group of eight entities and a separately managed ninth legal entity. His responsibilities included P&L and balance sheet governance, budgeting and forecasting, working-capital management, cash-flow planning, treasury and banking, financing operations, financial modelling and internal financial controls.
Sayed began his career with M/s. Rajendra Leela & Associates, Chartered Accountants, where he spent more than eight years across audit, accounts, taxation and compliance. His experience included statutory, internal and concurrent audits, financial statement preparation, CMA data, projections, feasibility studies and bankable financial modelling.
With his extensive experience across finance leadership, advisory, treasury, funding and financial governance, Sayed brings a broad finance and business perspective to his new role at Komorebi Global Consultancy, supporting organisations in strengthening financial decision-making and driving business transformation.
