Sagility, a leading tech-enabled healthcare operations and transformation company, has appointed Srushti Rao as Vice President, Global Corporate Communications and PR.
In her new role, Srushti Rao will lead Sagility’s global brand and corporate communications, with a mandate including public relations and investor communications, as well as workplace and employer branding.
Her responsibilities will also include playing a key role in strengthening the company’s brand narrative and creating consistent thought leadership, media engagement and brand experience across its global ecosystem.
Prior to joining Sagility, Srushti Rao held senior marketing and communications roles at XBP Global, IKS Health, and Pearl Academy. An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, she also holds a degree in Fine Arts.
Commenting on the appointment, Srushti said, “I am excited about my new journey with Sagility where I will focus on strengthening the organization’s brand story, its technology-driven services, customer-centric approach and vibrant work culture.”
With this appointment, Srushti Rao will play a key role in shaping Sagility’s global communications strategy and strengthening its brand presence across stakeholders and markets.
