ALLEN Career Institute has announced the appointment of Aman Maheshwari to its Board of Directors, marking the completion of the institution’s planned transition of Board responsibilities from its four Founders to the next generation.
Aman Maheshwari joins fellow next-generation Directors Aviral Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari and Keshav Maheshwari, as ALLEN advances its long-term vision of building a future-ready institution for the next 100 years. His appointment brings his experience of leading ALLEN’s Global Studies Division, along with an international perspective shaped by his education and professional exposure across India, the UAE, the United Kingdom and Europe.
Commenting on the appointment, Rajesh Maheshwari, Founder, ALLEN Career Institute, said, “With Aman joining the Board, we complete an important chapter in ALLEN’s journey. Each of our next-generation Directors brings a distinct strength, and Aman’s experience in building ALLEN’s international education vertical adds valuable perspective to the Board. I am confident this collective leadership will carry ALLEN’s mission forward for generations to come.”
Welcoming Aman Maheshwari to the Board as Executive Director, Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari, Founder, ALLEN Career Institute, said, “It gives me immense joy to see elder Son Mr. Aman Maheshwari take on this important responsibility. Over the years, he has played a significant role in building and strengthening ALLEN’s global education initiatives and taking them to new heights. I am confident that, in his new role on the Board, he will continue to demonstrate the same dedication, commitment and vision, while taking ALLEN towards newer milestones of growth and excellence. As Founders, our endeavour has always been to build an institution that is greater than ourselves and creates a strong legacy for generations to come. Aman’s transition into the role of Executive Director marks a significant and meaningful step towards realising this larger vision.”
Speaking on his appointment, Aman Maheshwari said, “I am honored to join the Board of ALLEN at an important stage in its journey. Having grown with the institution and contributed to building and expanding its global education initiatives over the years, I have had the opportunity to understand both the values that define ALLEN and the possibilities that lie ahead. I look forward to bringing my experience and perspective to the Board, working alongside my fellow Directors and the leadership team to strengthen ALLEN’s core, accelerate innovation, expand our global footprint, and build on the legacy that has made ALLEN one of India’s most trusted education institutions.”
Uday Shankar, Director, said, “With Aman’s appointment, ALLEN’s Board now truly reflects the institution’s next chapter — one that brings together the wisdom of the Founders, the discipline of professional management, and the fresh energy of the next generation. This completes a governance structure built to sustain ALLEN’s excellence for decades to come.”
Nitin Kukreja, CEO, added, “Aman’s appointment to the Board is a natural progression of the trust he has built over the years leading our Global Studies Division. As the leadership team, we look forward to his continued guidance as we work towards ALLEN’s centennial vision.”
