Zeon Lifesciences has appointed Dr. Sundeep Talwar as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Talwar brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across marketing, communications, strategic operations, telecom, technology and the social sector.
In his new role, Talwar will focus on strengthening the company’s customer and partner ecosystem, innovation agenda, operational excellence, and domestic and international growth. His experience includes digital engagement, partnerships, and navigating complex regulatory and supply-chain environments.
Talwar’s corporate career includes leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Motorola, Vodafone (Essar) and Aircel, where he led large-scale consumer programmes and national mobile-banking initiatives.
Over the past decade, he has also worked extensively in the social sector. As CEO and Philanthropic Advisor with Impact Guru Foundation (IGF-India) and The Akshaya Patra Foundation, he has worked across healthcare access, education equity and ESG initiatives, with a focus on partnerships and scalable programmes.

Talwar holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration, dual postgraduate management degrees from Duke University and IIM Ahmedabad, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Quality. He has also received the Karamveer Chakra Award for social impact.
