Radcliffe Group of Schools has appointed Tarun Narula as the Business Head – K12, further strengthening the institution’s growth focus across its school network. In this role, Tarun will lead business strategy, admissions, market expansion, and brand development while driving a robust growth agenda for upcoming academic years.
Tarun brings over two decades of leadership experience across education, training, and franchise-driven business ecosystems. His career spans senior roles at Aptech, EuroKids, NIIT, and SSI, where he has consistently delivered large-scale network expansion, student acquisition frameworks, and operational transformation across diverse geographies.
Before joining Radcliffe, Tarun served as Vice President & National Sales Head at Aptech, where he managed P&L operations, revenue growth, and partner success across 200+ franchise partners. His earlier leadership at EuroKids included overseeing international business (Nepal & Bangladesh) and domestic emerging markets, driving record enrolments and strengthening academic and compliance standards across 125 schools.
Tarun is an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, with extensive expertise in P&L management, strategic sales, student outreach, franchise development, and scalable growth models in the education sector.
