ALTEN Technology USA has named Sriram Raghavan as Chief Executive Officer, as the company looks to advance its growth trajectory and deepen its capabilities in engineering and technology services.
Raghavan brings more than two decades of experience spanning engineering, IT services, and digital transformation. Over his career, he has led business expansion initiatives, built scalable teams, and developed long-term client relationships across sectors such as automotive, industrial, and high technology.
He will oversee the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on driving growth, strengthening its presence in key markets, and aligning global capabilities to support client needs. He will also focus on expanding innovation-led offerings and enhancing delivery across core industry segments.
Before joining ALTEN Technology USA, Raghavan held senior leadership roles at GlobalLogic, including SVP & GM for the Technology Business Unit and Global Head of its Google Cloud Business Unit. In these roles, he led digital transformation programs and supported the expansion of cloud-led solutions for enterprise clients.
He previously served as Chief of Staff and Chief Revenue Officer at GlobalLogic, where he worked on go-to-market strategy and supported integration efforts across business units. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Cognizant, where he led the manufacturing business unit and contributed to revenue growth and capability expansion.
Raghavan began his career with roles at Infosys Technologies and later worked with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Caterpillar India, gaining experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and engineering systems.
