Sterlite Electric has appointed Archana Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to focus on global expansion and organisational capability building.
The appointment aligns with the company’s emphasis on strengthening talent strategy in line with business priorities as it scales operations across markets.
Srivastava will lead the company’s human resources function, overseeing workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development. She will also focus on aligning HR strategy with Sterlite Electric’s business objectives and supporting its long-term growth plans.
Srivastava brings extensive experience in human resources, having held senior leadership roles at TE Connectivity, Continental, Vitesco Technologies, Kalyani Steels and Kirloskar Oil Engines.
She has worked across workforce transformation, leadership development and organisational capability building.
