Bandhan AMC has appointed Saurabh Jain as its Chief Business Officer (CBO), strengthening its leadership team as the company focuses on expanding its distribution network and broadening its reach across diverse investor segments.
Jain joins Bandhan AMC from Standard Chartered Bank India, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management & Affluent Client Segments. In his new role, he succeeds Gaurab Parija and will be responsible for driving the company’s business growth and enhancing its distribution capabilities across retail investors, institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and family offices.
With more than 25 years of experience in banking and wealth management, Jain brings extensive expertise in business leadership, wealth management, retail banking, investments, product management, sales, and distribution. During his tenure at Standard Chartered Bank, he led the wealth management and affluent client business in India. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at HDFC Bank and Citibank, gaining significant experience in private banking, investment strategy, client acquisition, and branch banking.
The appointment aligns with Bandhan AMC’s strategy to strengthen its business capabilities and support its next phase of growth by expanding its presence across multiple investor segments.
