Before joining RSM, Pash held senior leadership roles at IBM and two Big Four firms, where he managed multibillion-dollar delivery operations and drove major transformation initiatives. As a business transformation advisor, he worked closely with C-suite leaders to enhance profitability, scale operations, and enable long-term growth.
