Capri Global Capital has appointed Ateet Parikh as its Chief Collections Officer. Parikh brings more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, with expertise in debt management, collections, retail liabilities, and retail assets.
Before joining Capri Global Capital, Parikh served as Head – Debt Management at IDFC FIRST Bank, where he led collections across credit cards, car loans, micro-business loans, and overdraft portfolios. His focus included developing debt management strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving customer experience across multiple retail lending businesses.
Prior to IDFC FIRST Bank, Parikh held leadership roles at ICICI Bank, where he served as National Head – Collections Strategy and led debt management initiatives across multiple business segments. Earlier in his career, he worked with Vodafone, gaining experience in business development as well as billing and collections operations. Over the years, he has built expertise in collections strategy, contact centre management, field collections, legal and governance, and customer experience.
Parikh holds an MBA, an M.Com from Gujarat University, and a Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from ICFAI. According to the company, he has demonstrated leadership in driving strategic goals and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
In his new role, Parikh will lead the collections function across the group and will report to Divya Sutar, President & Executive Director – Business Strategy.
