UPL Corporation Appoints Saurabh Bhasin as Chief Human Resources Officer

UPL Corporation has appointed Saurabh Bhasin as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a key internal elevation as the company strengthens its global leadership team to support its next phase of growth.

Bhasin will lead the company’s global people and culture strategy, overseeing HR initiatives across six geographical regions and supporting a workforce of over 4,500 employees worldwide. He will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive talent strategy, organisational effectiveness and transformation initiatives aligned with business expansion.

Bhasin brings over 16 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in organisational transformation, talent management, total rewards and organisation design.

Most recently, Bhasin led HR for North America, Latin America and global Research & Development functions, supporting businesses contributing over $1.5 billion in revenue. In this role, he partnered with business and technology leaders to enhance organisational efficiency and enable growth.

Over the years, Bhasin has led key initiatives across mergers and acquisitions integration, leadership development and organisational transformation, including contributing to the integration of UPL and Arysta.

Prior to UPL, Bhasin worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Deloitte and Idea Cellular, gaining experience across talent and organisational development.

Bhasin holds a PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad and a BTech from Punjabi University.
