Aquapharm Chemical Ltd. has appointed Rohit Narang as its Chief Executive Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it looks to accelerate growth across its global operations.
Narang joins the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company with more than two decades of experience in the specialty chemicals sector, having led businesses across international markets and managed large-scale operational and commercial portfolios.
As CEO, he will oversee Aquapharm’s worldwide business operations, including manufacturing facilities in India, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. He will also focus on expanding the company’s global footprint, driving operational performance, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
Before joining Aquapharm, Narang held senior leadership positions at Eastman Chemical Company, where he was responsible for managing global business portfolios and played an active role in major business transformation and acquisition integration initiatives.
Over the course of his career, he has worked across business strategy, commercial leadership, project management, and corporate development functions. His professional journey includes assignments with organizations such as Eastman Chemical Company, Solutia, Emerson Electric, Siemens AG, and Hutchison.
Narang has completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. He holds an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
His appointment comes as Aquapharm continues to strengthen its position in the global specialty chemicals market and pursue new opportunities for expansion across key regions.
