Dhirendra brings over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, financial services, and plantation sectors. Prior to joining Altimetrik, he served as President & Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group, where he played a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and supporting growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade with Wipro in multiple HR leadership roles, contributing to business transformation, global market expansion, and talent development initiatives. His experience also includes leadership stints at Dr. Reddy’s and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd.
At Altimetrik, Dhirendra is expected to lead the company’s global people strategy, with a focus on talent integration, cultural alignment, and enabling scalable innovation as the organization expands its international footprint.
