Resonia Appoints Prashant Sinha as Chief Executive Officer

Resonia Limited has appointed Prashant Sinha as its Chief Executive Officer. Sinha previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Resonia, where he oversaw the company’s project portfolio, business acquisition and development. He played a key role in strengthening project execution and driving operational excellence across its transmission portfolio.

With nearly three decades of experience across the power, infrastructure and financial sectors, Sinha will lead Resonia’s next phase of growth. His focus will be on developing and operating large-scale inter and intra-regional transmission projects to support national energy security, while leveraging advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Under his leadership, the company aims to further strengthen its role in building reliable and scalable transmission infrastructure that enables clean energy integration.

Resonia continues to adopt advanced technologies such as drone-based stringing, double-arm gin pole-assisted tower erection and helical pile foundations to accelerate project delivery, improve safety standards and reduce environmental impact.

Prior to joining Resonia, Sinha held leadership roles at Investment Information and Credit Rating Agency of India Limited (ICRA), L&T Infrastructure Finance, L&T Finance, Suzlon Energy and Bondbazaar. He has also worked with Avera and Tata Consulting Engineers, managing profit and loss responsibilities across global markets.

Sinha holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and has completed management studies at the Indian Institute of Management Indore.
